Because our products are made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect color or product choice selected by the customer

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.

To request assistance, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
